What I've learned about happiness this year 12/31/2016 As 2016 comes to a close, I've been thinking about what choices I've made throughout the year, big and little, that have led to happiness; and which of my choices have had other, less desirable consequences. Flowers on a box 11/10/2016 Five years ago I was in the kitchen on a Sunday morning with my daughter Josie. She is nine now, and was four at the time. She was finishing off her breakfast, I was tidying up. The rest of the family had eaten and moved on to other activities as we readied ourselves to go to church.
